Foundational Certification | Beginner to Intermediate Level Learn to teach yoga from the ground up—covering asana, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, cueing, sequencing, ethics, and the Yoga Angels Way™.

Yoga Angels International has been developing teachers for more than two decades. Our training combines yoga practice, teaching methodology, philosophy, alignment, personal development, and practical teaching experience to help students deepen their own practice while developing the confidence and skills to guide others.
The Yoga Angels approach is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with a strong foundation influenced by Sandra Griffiths’ early years of Iyengar practice and more than three decades of yoga experience.

Meet Your Teacher — Sandra Griffiths
Sandra Griffiths began her yoga journey in 1997 and established Yoga Angels teacher training in 2000. After decades of teaching, training teachers, and building Yoga Angels internationally, Sandra brought a longtime vision home to Jamaica with the creation of YAI Wellness Oasis in Yallahs, St. Thomas.
Today students can train with Yoga Angels while experiencing yoga, nature, ocean, community, and Jamaican culture in one destination.
